If your order package arrives damaged or opened, please refuse delivery and contact our customer care. We will initiate a reshipment of your order.
For inquiries regarding damaged or missing plant products, kindly contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide an unboxing video (mandatory) and your order details. Our team will issue a coupon equivalent to the order value for redemption on our site. Please note that complaints related to plants will not be accepted after 48 hours of delivery.
For damaged or non-germinating seeds, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, attaching relevant images or videos. A coupon equivalent to the order value will be issued for redemption on our site.
Replacement requests must be submitted to and approved by our customer care team. Once approved, we will promptly arrange for a replacement.
